Bethan Richards, of Calon Lan chimney sweep in West Wales, joins David to discuss how she started out in the business, as well as the important topic of mental health…
Series One kicked off at midday today across a range of platforms, including You Tube, Spotify, Buzzsprout and right here on the Mr Soot Chimney Sweep website.
Launched in 2010 as a sister title to The Independent, iNews is owned by the Daily Mail & General Trust.
David said: “This is great news for both us as a company and chimney sweeps in general .
“Many people reading the article will be thinking of using their real fireplace, but may have forgotten about the need to get it swept.
“So by having sweeps mentioned in the article, it will definitely prompt some into picking up the phone.
“And of course, if they choose a professional company such as ourselves, they’ll get plenty of hints and tips on how to burning in a responsible way to help keep the air we all breathe as clean as possible this winter and beyond.”
This is just the latest in a series of media articles which have featured Mr Soot. Only last week, the company featured in the Wigan Post, again both online and in-print.
David continued: “This just shows that the media are interested in what professional chimney sweeps have to say. Our marketing team has worked hard to build contacts with media outlets and provide them with punchy, relevant material to deadline.
“As one of the fastest growing chimney sweeping companies in the UK, with offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Stockport and Wigan, there’s always plenty to talk about at Mr Soot!”
