Mr Soot has launched same-day sweeping appointments across Manchester as the company takes its renowned levels of excellent customer service to even greater heights.

Mr Soot Priority lets customers who book online before 10.30am on a weekday get their chimney swept the same day, with a certificate issued by the HETAS-approved company on completion.

The launch comes as households start lighting fires and stoves for the winter, when many sweeps are booked up for weeks.

Mr Soot founder David said the service is for customers whose deadlines don’t fit a waiting list.

“An increasing number of customers are turning to Mr Soot because of our excellent availability.

“Our team of HETAS approved technicians are usually able to get to people within just days. But the new Mr Soot Priority Service raises the bar.

“The deal is simple – book before 10.30am and for all eligible households, we’ll have a HETAS approved sweep technician with you by the end of the day.

Inittially being launched in the Manchester postcode area only, Mr Soot hopes to roll the service out to more areas soon.
