Mr Soot Priority Booking: Your HETAS-Approved Manchester Chimney Sweep
Sometimes a chimney sweep can't wait. Whether you've got guests arriving, a survey deadline, or you just noticed something isn't right — our Manchester Same-Day Mr Soot Priority Service gets a fully HETAS Approved Mr Soot technician to your door before the day's out.
The deal is simple – book by 10.30am and we'll have a sweep at your door before the day's out.
Choose Your Priority Service:
- Priority Annual Chimney Sweep — £250 including VAT per flue
- Priority Premium Sweep & CCTV Inspection – £400 including VAT per flue
- Priority New Homeowner Inspection – £475 including VAT per flue
Every sweep includes a full clean, smoke test (where applicable), and certificate — the only difference is how fast we get to you.
Coverage: All domestic/non-commercial properties in the Manchester (M) postcode area only
Deadline for same-day service: 10:30am, Mondays to Fridays only (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown)
Bookings submitted after 10:30am will be offered our next available standard slot at the regular price.
Fireplaces must NOT have been used in the 24 hours up to making this appointment.
An £80 attendance fee will be levied if our sweep technician is unable to access the property, appliance or flue system for any reason.
Because same-day slots are limited each day, we recommend booking early — first come, first served.
