Mr Soot has strengthened its leadership team with two senior appointments to support ambitious expansion plans.

Sam, who has been with the company for four years as Office Manager, has been promoted to Head of Finance & Business Support.

In her new role, Sam will oversee all aspects of financial management, business administration and strategic planning assistance, ensuring the business remains on a firm footing as demand continues to rise.

And joining the company is Michele, who takes on the newly created role of Director – Customer Services & Operations.

She will be responsible for enhancing customer experience, streamlining operational processes, HR and business development.

Both Sam and Michele are experienced with the world of solid fuel, and are both HETAS registered assessors at Mr Soot’s very own HETAS approved Training Centre in Wigan.

Speaking about her new role, Sam said: “Working at Mr Soot has been an incredible journey. We’ve gone from a small local business to a nationwide operation.

“Our HETAS approved training centre has welcomed sweeps and installers from all across Britain and even as far away as the USA. On the sweeping side, our geographical areas have expanded and I’m proud to have played my part. I’m looking forward to shaping our future and ensuring our growth is sustainable.”

New arrival Michele has already been out and about with our HETAS approved team, meeting customers and devising new ways we can continue providing a quality service.

She added: “I’ve been impressed with how Mr Soot has combined traditional customer care with modern business thinking.

“My goal is to make sure every single customer receives the highest standard of service, and help drive the business and brand forward.”
