Responsibilities: Overseeing our appointments team and ensuring our reputation for great customer service is constantly increasing. I also look after internal company operations including HR, and business development.

Qualifications: Batchelor of Science in Chemistry, with Physics and Material Science from University of Liverpool. I’m also a fully qualified teacher and an assessor for HETAS courses at Mr Soot Training Centre.

Hobbies: Gardening, yoga, reading and going to live music events.

Favourite piece of equipment: Our internal booking system which keeps Mr Soot running like clockwork!

Favourite holiday destination to date: I don’t really have favourites – they’re all good for different reasons. Italy is lovely but I also like cities such as Berlin and Edinburgh

Best part of my job: Talking to customers – helping people out is really satisfying

And finally, tea or coffee? Either – as long as they’re decaf, and the tea is very strong.
